There is a quote from Dr. Seuss, which I discovered a couple of months ago has really resonated with me. It says "There are so many things you can learn about, BUT...you'll miss the best things if you keep your eyes shut." My wife Staci, our five kids and I have a strong desire to step forward and see the amazing things that God wants to do at Rosetown Community Church and within the community of Rosetown.
Pastor Dave became the Lead Pastor at Rosetown Community Church on September 1, 2017 and was excited to be bringing his dynamic style of Leadership to the community of Rosetown. Leadership for me is more than teaching but it is an action and a way of life. Leadership is about understanding people and getting them focused on the same direction. It is about inspiring a shared vision from start to finish. Leadership is the process of getting people fully and willingly committed to a new way of life, a sustainable course of action to accomplish the desired goal. I heard it once said, "Leaders create change, create followers and are always here to serve."
Before coming to Rosetown Dave served as the Assistant Pastor at NHCC in Prince Albert and served in various roles at LGF in Lloydminster. Dave enjoys supporting men, helping them become the men that God called them to be, to create a positive impact zone wherever they may go.
